“Holy crowd!”
Quick trip, primarily for the Carmen Electra cameo in Flashback. Got there and went straight back to Showplace, joining the line waiting to be let in. As soon as the roped dropped, I went in with the crowd and got a decent seat on the right side of the center aisle, three or four rows up.
Saw the show, she did a couple cameos then did a Q&A with the cast after the show. After getting a bunch of photos I left Showplace and went up the Eiffel Tower for some photos.
After that, I went to the Return Visit booth and took advantage of it being the last day of the Gold Pass Speed Lane and got my tickets. Ate at Skyline, then headed into AZ.
Drop Tower’s line was long, even the line for the speed lane, so I passed. Plus, I was just drinking a Coke, and didn’t want to risk it. I headed down Coney and across into Rivertown, put my camera and stuff into a locker at Crypt, and used the speed lane ticket for the flume. Got to walk right past a massive line and get a log to myself. Nice.
Got my stuff back out of the Crypt locker and rushed into the train station as it was about to leave. Got photos of the ravine and, seeing the time and the fact that my speed lane ticket for Delirium was about to expire, I got off at the Boomerang Bay station and walked as quickly as possible back across the park and got on Delirium at the last minute.
