I just enabled the comments feature, so you’ll be able to add comments to any post now. Since that doesn’t activate it for posts made before that setting is activated, I’m going through the posts made new since this site came online, which is all of the Site Updates posts, and the one Trip Report that’s been posted new here. It’s not worth the effort of editing every single trip report post that I imported here just to enable the comments.
So basically, new posts made since March 9 can be commented on. The older ones, the ones that were transferred from the old site, cannot be commented on. Got it? Good.
I haven’t decided yet if I’m going to import my blog posts here or just leave that at LiveJournal. I’m leaning toward leaving it on LiveJournal right now, because it has to be exported manually one month at a time, which will take a while. Plus, I like the community aspect of LiveJournal. So, I’m still on the fence about that.
